At the October 3rd RMFS Annual General Meeting, the members present unanimously voted to change the name of our Association from Rutland Minor Fastball to Kelowna Minor Fastball. 

This change in name reflects the  reality that the majority of players do not live in the Rutland area and that we are not soley a Rutland region association anymore, being the only minor softball association operating in the Kelowna area.

Players come from the Mission, Rutland, Black Mountain, Downtown Kelowna, and Glenmore/Dilworth, hence the change.
